1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to, accessing, or utilizing any internet broadband, leased line, IPTV, or auxiliary service provided by Zoram Infonet Pvt. Ltd., you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Service Provision & Activation

Services are typically activated within 24 to 48 hours following successful receipt of applicable subscription fees, optical equipment installation, and document verification. Speeds cited represent maximum theoretical bandwidth up to the subscriber's Customer Premises Equipment (CPE).

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Subscribers agree not to use the connection for any unlawful, infringing, obscene, or fraudulent purposes in violation of the Indian Telegraph Act, Information Technology Act, 2000, and directives issued by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) and TRAI.

4. Billing & Payments

Monthly subscription fees are payable in advance prior to the expiration of the active billing cycle. Failure to renew within the due grace period may result in automated temporary service suspension until payment is settled via the Customer Portal or authorized office counters.

5. Equipment Ownership

Unless purchased outright by the subscriber, optical network terminals (ONT), routers, and fiber patch cords supplied during installation remain the property of Zoram Infonet Pvt. Ltd. and must be returned in good condition upon service deactivation.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Aizawl, Mizoram.
