Return & Refund Policy

At Zoram Infonet Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide our customers with the best broadband services. However, if you are not satisfied with our service, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Service Cancellation

  • Cancellation by Customer: Customers may cancel their service subscription by contacting our customer support at least 30 days in advance. The service will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Cancellation by Zoram Infonet: We reserve the right to cancel the service due to non-payment or violation of our terms of service. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

2. Refund Policy

  • Service Non-Activation: If the service has not been activated within 15 days of the scheduled activation date due to reasons attributable to Zoram Infonet, customers are entitled to a full refund of any prepaid fees.
  • Service Disruption: In the event of continuous service disruption for more than 72 hours, customers may request a prorated refund for the period of disruption.
  • Prepaid Plans: Refunds for prepaid plans are generally not available except in cases of service non-activation or prolonged disruption.

4. Processing Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 4-5 business days after the request is approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase unless otherwise specified.
